Shirdi sai Devotee from USA says: I am Sai devotee since i was 14 year old. It’s been 15 years now. Baba to me is my Guru, Father, Mother and my life. Baba has shown me the right path to lead life and made me the person I am today. There have been many miracles shown by Baba in my life especially the miracles in the last 3-4 years have proved Baba’s presence everywhere I go beyond the seven seas (as mentioned in Sai Baba Life history).
My Experience: I visit Baba temple every Thursday for Shej Aarti here in USA. While returning from Temple along with my friends, I unknowingly was speeding beyond the speed limit, (18MPH more than the speed limit). And the State trooper turned on the blue lights which usually are so scary, I stopped my car, and trooper came towards my car and asked me, where are you going so fast?, I was so scared, told him that we went to an Indian temple and returning back home. He took my driving license and went back to his car. I was Praying Baba and promised Him that I will drive properly and maintain proper speed limits but please save me this time. Usually 10mph is buffer that sometimes they allow rarely though my speed was >18mph and that too in a city limits where usually they are very strict. Trooper called another trooper car. Usually they call for backup. I was so scared and i was praying to Baba and asking for apologies for my wrong driving habit. My friends were all nervous as well hoping that there will just be ticket with some amount as fine but not points on my driving history.
Either way, I felt that I just crossed the limit and only way to get out of that situation is by having Baba’s Blessings. I was prepared for both fine and points, and my friends were hoping for just fine. Beyond the imagination of me and my friends, Trooper came back and said “If I allow you to go without punishing/fine, will you drive slowly?” I was so surprised, thrilled that no words came out of my mouth and eventually said Yes sir. I will drive slow and safe. That was just like Baba asked/told me to drive slowly and safe. My joy knew no bounds not because of escaping the ticket/fine, but because I have witnessed another Miracle of Baba in my life. Tears rolled in my eyes, the amount of love Baba shown on me makes me so blessed in this life. Question is what made the trooper think to leave me without fine although I was way beyond the usual speed limit? Answer is Baba must have told him, they are my children let them go.
